Shipping & Returns

Within Australia

​All order's are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving an order, weekends excluded. Standard shipping orders will then take 2-8 Business days inside Australia.

Express shipping is an optional selection at checkout for a flat rate. Express order's will take 1-4 Business days to be delivered from day of order. Any offer of Free Express Shipping is only applicable to Australian Orders unless otherwise stated.

Customer's will be updated with an e-mail which will provide a tracking number for your order.

J Cullen Apparel will not provide a refund or credit in the event a package is lost or stolen once dispatched. Should a customer encounter any problems during the delivery of their order, J Cullen Apparel will aim to rectify the issue, and in the event this cannot be done, will contact Australia Post for further investigation. 

International Orders

All international Order's will be sent through Australia Post and can take 14+ Business Day's to arrive.

Free Shipping is not applicable to International order's, unless otherwise specified through promotional tools or coupon's.

International Shipping will be calculated for you at checkout.

While JC aim to ensure all parcel's deliver safely, we can not be held responsible for any interrupting factor's such as poor weather conditions or major interruptions which will results in the delay of a customer's order.
If you don't receive your parcel or are effected by severe delays, contact us, or Australia Post, directly to resolve the issue.

  

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of approval. Refund times can vary depending on your financial institution and can take up to 5 business days to process entirely into your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact either us at info@jcullenapparel.com or your financial provider. Refunds will be processed same day as approval from J Cullen Apparel, however, depending on your financial institution can occur delays of up to several business days.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Any sale items which are returned and refunded will be provided with a credit or refund only to the value of which they were purchased at. Unfortunately, any clearance items which are purchased cannot be returned. If you require any assistance with clearance items, please contact info@jcullenapparel.com and we will assist you further

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@jcullenapparel.com and we will provide you with more information on how to exchange your item. To exchange an item, you will need to return the original item in perfect condition in its original packaging. Any exchange will only occur once we have received the original item and inspected it's condition.

Return Shipping
In the event that an item is damaged or faulty, J Cullen Apparel will incur the cost of return postage. Customer's will be sent an e-mail with a postage slip to be used to send back to our address. In the event that a customer wishes to return a product for change of mind, a Gift Card will be issues for store credit in equal value to that of the original purchase.
